Five gets some sympathetic looks as AL mentions his getting shot ("Ouch," Marty mumbles, which does about sum it up), and the ultimate reason for the face gets approving nods. "I like it," Clockwork announces. "A good way to tie back to that episode, and to affirm the Doctor as a hero."
"Sounds good to me too -- and immortal? Okay, wondering if she's gonna run into Jack Harkness now," Marty admits with a smile.
"Guess we'll find out on Dee's birthday," Vic says. "Funny that they're doing so many two-parters. And the Master's really a girl? Huh." She raises an eyebrow. "Dunno about 'Missy' as my evil name of evil. . ."
Clockwork shrugs, then nods at AL. "Yes, Vic kept us informed of your alternate's decision. . .given the personal stuff involved, I can't blame you." He rolls his eyes. "People sometimes. . ."
Butterfly Boy can't help a little giggle at her new Secundusian headcanon. "Oh dear. Well, even going only a few feet up is all right, really. I think Vic herself wants to float more than truly fly."
