"Rarely have the time or energy," Vic replies. "But I knew the name was used in the comics -- though what I remember was it was a name for a specific group of superpowered peoples who lived in their own little kingdom and had a ruler who could never speak, lest his voice level everything around him. Never knew about the Kree connection. . . And I hadn't heard about the copyright thing, but it's not that surprising -- I did know about their previous issues with Spider-Man. Though not being able to even say 'mutant' is a bit of a twist. . ."
"Doesn't that make like three different versions of him now?" Marty points out. "You've got Maguire, you've got Garfield, and now you've got whoever's playing him in the Cinematic universe."
"Yeah, well, he's got like five different titles in the comics too, so it's not really that big a surprise," Lucy reminds him. "Plus 'rebooting' is something ANY comics character should be familiar with."
Lucy immediately looks at the various Docs, grinning. "Well?"
"We'd be willing to give it a shot, but it'll definitely take some research," NonTril Doc tells her, before patting his Marty's shoulder. "Fortunately for us, we have some resident experts in sound waves to help."
